This session gives you an opportunity to redefine your relationship with the elements, tap into your body and mind, and understand the power of the breath. It offers you a way of supporting your health, building resilience and healing that's free and accessible!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Hosted in the gorgeous surroundings of The Retreat, New Forest, IMMERSE combines the power of yoga, breathwork, and cold water immersion to support your health, healing, and resilience.

Inspired by my personal journey of healing from a surfing accident with cold water immersion in 2021, IMMERSE has helped people tap into the profound potential of their body, mind and soul.

What to Expect

An enriching half-day workshop filled with mindful practices:

  • Breath-Centric Dynamic Yoga Class – Move and flow with intention.

  • Meditation with a Breath Focus – Cultivate inner calm and clarity.

  • Breathing Techniques – Explore the science and benefits of nasal breathing.

  • Cold Exposure Insights – Learn why cold immersion is powerful for the mind and body.

  • Guided Ice Bath IMMERSION – Step into the challenge and emerge renewed.

  • Sauna Session – Experience Contrast Therapies, moving between the cold ice and warm sauna, relax and rejuvenate.

  • Delicious Vegan Snacks & Hot Drinks – Nourish your body after immersion.ld water immersion, I am thrilled to share this transformative experience with you.

  • Reflections & Yoga Nidra – Unwind and gain clarity through deep relaxation and introspection.

This New Forest edition is extra special, as it’s my first time using the stunning space and sauna at The Retreat.

Schedule

  • 9:00 AM – Welcome & introductions.

  • 9:15 - 10:30 AM – Yoga, breathwork, and insights into the benefits of nasal breathing and cold water immersion.

  • 10:30 AM – Break with vegan snacks and tea.

  • 11:00 AM – Guided ice immersion & sauna session.

  • 12:00 PM – Reflections & yoga nidra

  • 1:00 PM – Goodbyes.

What to Bring

  • Comfy clothes for yoga.

  • Swimwear (dry robe/surf gear if you have it).

  • Towel & warm clothes.

  • Blanket/cushion for sitting by the fire.

  • Water to drink.

  • Yoga mat (let me know if you need to borrow one).
