Saturday 14th Sept 10-11 AM | Vinyasa Yoga
Wed 2nd Oct 6.45-8 PM | FINAL SUMMER BEACH SESSION - Gentle Yoga, Bonfire, Meditation,Sea Swim and Social.
Studio space is booked for each of these sessions, so they will take place whatever the weather.

Working with seasonal changes, sessions are held out on the beach whenever possible during the summer and when we can during the cooler winter months. In the winter join us in cosy studio spaces or online.
vinyasa flow (TUES 7 PM)
Tune into your breath and body and join me for this 1 hr, all-levels vinyasa yoga class.
This session is held at The Amethyst Cave in Southbourne.
This class is strong, and well-paced. There is a focus on strengthening the body, calming the mind and increasing flexibility.

1 to 1 yoga, meditation or hybrid class
A bespoke, in person or online, 1 hour session designed specifically for you. These classes can combine yoga, meditation, breathwork and cold water immersion - let’s build a package around your goals and what you’d like to work on.
Sessions are £55 per hour or £50 per class for a block of 6 sessions. They are delivered in a local studio, your home or online via zoom.
