When: Sat 9th Dec 9.30-12.30 Where: Sandleheath Village Hall, Fordingbridge SP6 1TD
Winter is a time of hibernation and deep rest. Join me for a half day retreat in the new forest. Indulge in nourishing rest through gentle meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yin practice and breath work in a beautiful setting.
Our venue is located in the century-old St. Aldhelm's building on the edge of the New Forest, close to Fordingbridge. The hall has wooden floors and a gorgeous vaulted wooden roof, decorated in fairy lights, with smells of festive incense and essential oils, chai tea will be served and seasonal vegan snacks to warm and nourish.
Winter is a time of hibernation and deep rest. It is the time of year where nature pauses, animals sleep, trees halt growth and drop leaves. The ideal time for us to slow down and nourish ourselves through deep rest and relaxation. It can be difficult to allow ourselves to rest, but when we do, we have the opportunity to be more resilient with greater capacity to face challenges and care for ourselves and others.
Enjoy a deeply restorative experience designed to reset the nervous system, calm and clear the mind and gently move the body.
