ββββββββIn Yin Yoga we hold passive floor poses for 3-5 minutes, propped up by blankets and pillows, it's an opportunity to switch the body and the mind off by sinking into a deep stretch.ββββββββ Once you are deeply rested, I'll lead you into Yoga Nidra,a deeply healing ancient Tantric meditation practice designed to help you systematically release physical, mental and emotional tensions. This practice takes place lying down. The session is Β£5 PP, an introductory offer to other online sessions Iβll be running over the winter months.
