This retreat is woven around the energy of the Spring Equinox. A moment of perfect balance between light and dark, stillness and movement, rest and awakening.

Join us for a revitalising and restorative morning blending nature, mindful movement, and grounding practices on the sandy shores of Studland Bay. Set amidst the stunning Jurassic Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Through yoga, meditation, wild sea swims, and the warmth of wood-fired saunas, you’ll slow down, reconnect, and leave with a happy, full heart.

What’s Included

  • Arrival and Welcome: Settle in with teas and a warm greeting at the light-filled Studland Village Hall.

  • Meditation & Opening Circle: Ground yourself and greet the day with a short, calming practice.

  • Yang to Yin Yoga: Move through an energizing flow into deep, restful poses, ending in a serene savasana.

  • Tea & Snacks: Recharge with delicious homemade treats (lovingly prepared by my mum!), fruits, and tea.

  • Sauna & Sea Swims: Alternate between invigorating wild swims and the soothing heat of rustic saunas right on the golden sands of Knoll Beach.

The Experience

We’ll begin in the tranquil village of Studland, gathering at the spacious village hall. After grounding through meditation and an invigorating yoga session, we’ll enjoy tea, cakes, and snacks before heading to the breathtaking Knoll Beach.

Together, we’ll explore the transformative practice of contrast therapy—switching between cold sea dips and the warmth of the sauna. Known to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and release feel-good endorphins, this Nordic-inspired ritual will leave you feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.

This retreat isn’t just about relaxation; it’s also a chance to reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with a supportive community.

As nature shifts from winter’s quiet embrace into the vitality of spring, we, too, are invited to reset, realign, and renew.

Throughout the morning, each practice will reflect this transition—grounding meditation to center yourself, yin to yang yoga to move from deep stillness into gentle expansion, and the contrast of cold sea and warm sauna to awaken your senses and restore balance within.

Schedule

Arrive from 9:15 AM

  • 9:30 AM: Welcome & settle in

  • 9:40 AM: Meditation & Spring Opening Circle

  • 9:55 AM: Yang to Yin Yoga Session

  • 11:00 AM: Break with tea, cakes, and homemade snacks

  • 11:30 AM: Walk or drive to Knoll Beach

  • 12:00 PM: Sauna & Sea Swim experience

  • 1:00 PM: Goodbyes
