This morning retreat is designed to ground your body, settle your mind, and reconnect you with the peaceful rhythm of the forest. We’ll move gently through yoga, barefoot walking meditation, and sound healing, each element thoughtfully woven together to offer a nourishing journey of inner quiet and spaciousness.
Held at the serene Retreat New Forest, this gathering is a chance to slow down and return to presence.
What to Expect:
Opening Circle – arrive and settle with breath, intention, and connection
Yin to Yang Yoga Flow – begin with grounding postures and ease into a more dynamic, energising practice
Barefoot Walking Meditation – an outdoor mindfulness practice guided by Dani, inspired by the Zen tradition she learned while living in a meditation community
Teas & coffee - served in private section of the venues restuarant
Yin Yoga to Soften – a short, gentle sequence to quiet the body and prepare for sound
Sound Healing Journey with Kamila Plinker – a deeply relaxing 70-minute experience immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and the powerful resonance of the gong
Closing Circle – space to integrate, reflect and reconnect
Meet Our Guest Teacher: Kamila Pinker
Kamila is a dedicated sound therapist with a passion for using sound as a powerful tool for restoration and healing. With years of experience, she guides participants through deeply immersive soundscapes using a blend of crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and gongs, creating a rich, meditative experience that supports balance and emotional release. Her sessions are a unique invitation to soften, receive, and reset.
