2 SPACES LEFT - Join me for a full day retreat themed around spring renewal. As we move from the Yin of Winter and open into the Yang of Spring, the energy begins to awaken. During this day we will focus on Spring Renewal; through movement, connection and breath - enjoying yoga, meditation, breathwork, foraging and forest bathing.

Join me in this incredible forest setting to replenish your soul. As well as the above, enjoy beautifully prepared nourishing food. We will work towards opening our hearts and minds, moving and awakening our bodies from the slumber of winter's rest into the gentle newness of what lies ahead. This Retreat invites you to connect, to ground and take some time to rest; to pause and to nurture with in the richness of the incredible forest setting @happyriver

This session will include

  • Opening circle: Fire pit🔥 Meditation + Intention

  • Warming Vinyasa Yoga

  • Ice Bath & Forest Sauna

  • Delicious hearty vegan Lunch

  • Forest Immersion: Foraging and plant medicine with Rachel Waring + Forest Walk Meditation with Dani

  • To rest, a short Intention Setting Yoga Nidra

  • Closing ceremony: Fire pit closing circle 🔥Reflections

Experience the grounding nature of physical practices whilst holding space for the flow-like state of breath. As well as settling earthly practices, this retreat has an element of challenge with the option of ice bath immersion and spending time in the beautiful forest sauna. In the afternoon we will be joined by a guest teacher, sharing plant knowledge and taking us on a foraging workshop into the local woods.

You will enjoy food lovingly prepared by a local caterer, including some seasonal options to complement the move into spring and our foraging workshop with Rachael Waring @rachaelwaringyoga (500 hour yoga teacher and plant medicine enthusiast) in the afternoon.

Here we will spend time within the trees learning about the plant life around us and the medicinal qualities that it holds. We will also enjoy some practices in the forest, as we bathe in nature's splendour and connect to a slower pace of being.

The day will open and close with a group circle, drawing in a light element of ceremony to help hold you in the space and work with gentle intentions, relevant to your journey and growth.
