What to Expect:
Intention Setting Meditation: Clarify your goals and focus for the year with guided visualization and mindfulness.
Breathwork Practice: Recharge your energy and awaken inner resilience through dynamic breathwork techniques.
Heart-Opening Vinyasa Yoga: Flow through a series of poses designed to open the heart, build strength, and foster balance.
Cold-Water Sea Swim: End with a group wild swim to embody courage, boost circulation, and seal your intentions in the refreshing embrace of nature.
Tea and homemade vegan snacks: To nourish and support you throughout the morning.

The workshop will flow through distinct segments, guiding you through practices such as meditation, breathwork, a dynamic yoga sequence, and an invigorating cold-water sea dip. Each segment is designed to boost energy, draw your attention inward, and create space for the intentions you want to set for the year ahead.
Our journey begins with guided breathwork and meditation, focusing on intention setting to cultivate an atmosphere of introspection and self-reflection. From there, we’ll transition into a heart-opening yoga practice that connects mind, body, and heart’s desire. This gentle flow will gradually build in intensity, with modifications available for all levels - no pressure to move beyond what feels right for you.
In the final part of the session, we’ll head to the ocean for an optional wild swim. This refreshing sea dip offers a powerful opportunity to embrace challenge, tap into your resilience, and find comfort in discomfort - a metaphor for embracing the unknown with courage and grace.
