SOLD OUT Welcome the New Year with the power of intention. This workshop is about connecting to your potential through uplifting breathwork, intention setting meditation, heart opening yoga and a cold water group sea swim to set goals and support resilience for the year ahead.
The session will boost your energy, draw your focus inwards and create space for you to bring awareness to what you wish to welcome into your life. It will be broken down into different segments where you will move through practices including meditation, breathwork, vinyasa yoga and a group cold water wild swim.
The workshop will be broken down into different segments where you will move through practices such as meditation, breathwork, a physical yoga sequence and cold water sea dip. This will help boost our energy, draw the focus inwards and create space for what we want to welcome into our lives.
Part of the guided breathwork and meditation will focus on intention setting; this initial practice helps create a conducive atmosphere for introspection and self-reflection. We will then move into our heart opening yoga practice connecting mind, body and hearts desire through gentle movement, gradually increasing in intensity. All levels are catered for, with no pressure to move to more advanced yoga positions, if that’s not yet in your practice.
The final part of the session sees us making our way to the ocean, for an optional sea dip. This will draw an element of challenge into our experience, reminding us of our resilience and how to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations.
You will leave this session with a renewed sense of purpose having had time to reflect, challenge, release, rest and reset, whilst planting seeds of new habits for the year ahead.
